Customization & Branding (Pro)

This guide explains how to customize and brand your Growfund platform with Pro features. Customization options allow you to match your platform's appearance to your organization's branding.

Overview​

Growfund Pro includes comprehensive customization and branding features that allow you to personalize your fundraising platform. These features help you create a cohesive brand experience for your donors and supporters.

Note: Customization and branding features are available in Growfund Pro. The free version includes basic customization options.

Branding Settings​

Accessing Branding Settings​

  1. Navigate to Branding

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Branding
    • View branding customization options
    • Configure brand colors and logo

  2. Branding Options

    • Logo and branding
    • Color customization
    • Email template branding
    • PDF receipt branding

Logo and Branding​

  1. Navigate to Branding

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Branding
    • Find "Logo" section

  2. Upload Logo

    • Click Upload Logo button
    • Select logo image file
    • Upload logo image

  3. Configure Logo

    • Set logo size
    • Set logo position
    • Configure logo display

  4. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Logo is applied to platform

Logo Display​

Logo appears on:

  • User dashboards
  • Email templates
  • PDF receipts
  • Frontend pages (if configured)

Color Customization (Pro)​

Brand Colors​

Pro version allows you to customize brand colors:

  1. Navigate to Branding

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Branding > Colors
    • View color customization options

  2. Configure Colors

    • Set primary color
    • Set secondary color
    • Set accent color
    • Set background color
    • Set text color

  3. Save Colors

    • Click Save Changes
    • Colors are applied to platform

Color Options​

  • Primary Color: Main brand color
  • Secondary Color: Secondary brand color
  • Accent Color: Accent color for highlights
  • Background Color: Background color
  • Text Color: Text color
  • Button Colors: Button colors
  • Link Colors: Link colors

Color Application​

Colors are applied to:

  • User dashboards
  • Admin interface
  • Email templates
  • PDF receipts
  • Frontend pages (if configured)

Email Template Customization (Pro)​

Email Branding​

Pro version allows you to brand email templates:

  1. Navigate to Email Settings

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Email & Notifications > Template Colors
    • Configure email template colors

  2. Customize Email Colors

    • Set email header color
    • Set email body color
    • Set email footer color
    • Set email text color

  3. Email Logo

    • Add logo to email templates
    • Configure logo size
    • Set logo position

  4. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Email branding is applied

  • Logo: Add logo to email templates
  • Colors: Customize email colors
  • Fonts: Customize email fonts
  • Layout: Customize email layout

PDF Receipt Customization (Pro)​

Receipt Branding​

Pro version allows you to brand PDF receipts:

  1. Navigate to PDF Receipt Settings

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > PDF Receipt
    • Configure receipt branding options

  2. Customize Receipt

    • Add logo to receipts
    • Customize receipt colors (Pro)
    • Add tax information (Pro)
    • Add signature (Pro)

  3. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Receipt branding is applied

Receipt Features​

  • Logo: Add logo to receipts
  • Colors: Customize receipt colors (Pro)
  • Tax Information: Add tax information (Pro)
  • Signature: Add signature to receipts (Pro)
  • Annual Receipts: Generate annual receipts (Pro)

Receipt Colors (Pro)​

Pro version allows you to customize receipt colors:

  1. Navigate to Receipt Colors

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > PDF Receipt > Colors
    • Configure receipt colors

  2. Customize Colors

    • Set receipt header color
    • Set receipt body color
    • Set receipt footer color
    • Set receipt text color

  3. Save Colors

    • Click Save Changes
    • Colors are applied to receipts

Tax Information (Pro)​

Pro version allows you to add tax information to receipts:

  1. Navigate to Tax Information

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > PDF Receipt > Tax Information
    • Configure tax information

  2. Add Tax Information

    • Enter tax ID
    • Add tax information text
    • Configure tax display

  3. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Tax information is added to receipts

Signature (Pro)​

Pro version allows you to add signature to receipts:

  1. Navigate to Signature

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > PDF Receipt > Signature
    • Configure signature

  2. Add Signature

    • Upload signature image
    • Or enter signature text
    • Configure signature position

  3. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Signature is added to receipts

Annual Receipts (Pro)​

Pro version allows you to generate annual receipts:

  1. Navigate to Annual Receipts

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > PDF Receipt > Annual Receipt
    • Configure annual receipts

  2. Enable Annual Receipts

    • Toggle annual receipts on
    • Configure receipt generation
    • Set generation schedule

  3. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Annual receipts are enabled

Frontend Customization​

Frontend Branding​

Customize frontend appearance:

  1. Navigate to Themes

    • Go to Growfund > Themes
    • View available themes
    • Select theme for frontend

  2. Customize Theme

    • Configure theme colors
    • Add custom CSS
    • Customize layout

  3. Save Theme

    • Click Save Changes
    • Theme is applied to frontend

  • Theme Selection: Choose theme for frontend
  • Color Customization: Customize theme colors
  • Layout Customization: Customize theme layout
  • Custom CSS: Add custom CSS

Dashboard Customization​

Dashboard Branding​

Customize dashboard appearance:

  1. Navigate to Settings

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Branding
    • Configure dashboard branding

  2. Customize Dashboard

    • Add logo to dashboard
    • Customize dashboard colors
    • Configure dashboard layout

  3. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Dashboard branding is applied

Button Customization (Pro)​

Button Colors​

Pro version allows you to customize button colors:

  1. Navigate to Branding

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Branding > Colors
    • Find "Button Colors" section

  2. Customize Buttons

    • Set primary button color
    • Set secondary button color
    • Set button text color
    • Set button hover color

  3. Save Colors

    • Click Save Changes
    • Button colors are applied

Typography Customization​

Font Settings​

Customize typography:

  1. Navigate to Branding

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Branding
    • Find "Typography" section

  2. Configure Fonts

    • Set font family
    • Set font size
    • Set font weight
    • Set line height

  3. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Fonts are applied

Mobile Customization​

Mobile Branding​

Ensure mobile-friendly branding:

  1. Navigate to Branding

    • Go to Growfund > Settings > Branding
    • Configure mobile branding

  2. Mobile Options

    • Optimize logo for mobile
    • Adjust colors for mobile
    • Configure mobile layout

  3. Save Settings

    • Click Save Changes
    • Mobile branding is configured
